Lorax's engineers met with TransAmerica's engineers on Monday, June 21 in San Antonio. Ron Wilson and the other engineers finished all the drawings, except for some of the architectural drawings, Monday morning 5:30-6:00 a.m. and they met with the TransAmerica engineers about 10:00 or 11:00 that same morning.

I understand that the meeting went great and they approved all the drawings. They also approved all the electrical drawings, which I understand was the most critical.

Before they give a final okay, they will want to see the architectural drawings, which Ron and the other engineers are working on now. They will be on the engineer's desk tomorrow (Thursday).

The bankers have said once the drawings are approved, Lorax can close. It seems like the loans will never close, but I've seen it happen. The borrower thinks it will never happen but it does.

On the $10 million Farmers Home loan, I spoke to the head of finance for Texas on Monday. He thinks Washington will waive the $1 million bond requirement on the loan, which means Lorax will save time and money. By the way, this was no small task. That agency is really behind you guys.

Please call me if you have any questions.

The loans will close soon.
Trust me.

Hey, What’s 50% of a Half-Wit’s 51%?

Potentially and Realistically

A young boy asked his father, "Dad, what is the difference between potentially and realistically?"

The father thought for a moment, then answered, "Go ask your mother if she would sleep with Robert Redford for a million dollars. Then ask your sister if she would sleep with Brad Pitt for a million dollars, and ask your brother if he'd sleep with Tom Cruise for a million dollars. Come back and tell me what you learn from that."

So the boy went to his mother and asked, "Would you sleep with Robert Redford for a million dollars?" The mother replied, "Of course I would! I wouldn't pass up an opportunity like that!" The boy then went to his sister and asked, "Would you sleep with Brad Pitt for a million dollars?" The girl replied, "Oh my God! I would just love to do that! I would be nuts to pass up that chance!" The boy then went to his brother and asked, "Would you sleep with Tom Cruise for a million dollars?" "Of course," the brother replied. "Do you have any idea how much stuff a million dollars could buy?"

The young boy pondered these responses for a few days, then went back to his dad. His father asked "Did you find out the difference between potentially and realistically?" The boy replied, "Yes sir, I did. Potentially, we're sitting on three million dollars, but realistically, we're living with two sluts and a fag."
